My Story

I started my career as an industrial designer, leading projects across global brands like KitchenAid, Oster, and Calphalon winning design awards and securing multiple patents along the way. Over time, I evolved into a design manager and innovation leader, building cross-functional relationships, leading design teams, and guiding products from concept through launch.

In recent years, I’ve expanded my focus to GenAI enablement. At Newell Brands, I built an AI enablement team, created an AI adoption program for 200+ designers, co-created an award-winning innovation framework, and partnered with IT and Legal to deploy emerging tools responsibly. Today, I blend deep design expertise with GenAI leadership to help unlock both creativity and operational excellence
